Well, this is exciting - I know we’ve been promising this for a few months now, but the stars have finally aligned and we are now able to host Richard Kelley at our next tasting.
For those that don’t know, Richard is the brains behind The Liberator - a range of obscure, weird, funky and very limited South African wines that have graced our shelves over the last decade. He has made a careeer out of finding small or forgotten parcels of wine that nobody else can work out what to do with and bringing them to the UK. (Those of you who were lucky enough to try his weird old tawny “port” thing a couple of months ago, know just how good his wines can be)
So, join us at the end of May to sample a smorgasbord of his latest discoveries.
Things kick off a 7pm sharp on Sunday 26th May at Argonaut Books.
